Paulson build a house for my dad and once they passed the final inspection they would no longer discuss the remaining issues. They said “we passed final inspection and we are not required to do anything else” very poor customer service. Do not use them!!!!!

Dad wanted to make several changes, and was willing to pay for them, but they just refused do them or even discuss them.

Overall, they had very poor customer service!!

God Bless the great contractors of the world, they are extremely hard to come by! Paulson’s Construction is one of the very few that could be considered great!



We hired Paulson’s Construction to remodel our bathroom and ended up with an amazing masterpiece that makes you feel as if you are in a 5 star penthouse luxury bath in some fancy hotel in New York that none of us could actually afford ever going to.



It started out like this. I met Paul McClory at a car show that he runs every fall and makes sure all of the proceeds are donated to an awesome charity, The Salvation Army. He is a community focused businessman.



I did almost no research on his company, just going on what a few people had said, everything that we heard was that We could expect exceptional work and that is exactly what we received.



He came out to our home, assessed what we had, what we were unhappy with as well as addressing the issues that caused the original installation to fail.



Next, we scheduled an appointment with Maureen at his office, now; Maureen will be a hard act for anyone to follow at any remodeling company anywhere.



Maureen took us step by step through the process of showing us samples of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and shower doors, everything that would be needed to trim the bathroom out. She was attentive, experienced and extremely thorough in the process of assisting us pick everything out.



Once everything was ordered, we waited until the entire tile; plumbing fixtures and vanity cabinets arrived.



We were scheduled for a Friday tear out, everything required to get things rolling was delivered to our home and the project was started.



Throughout the entire project, Dave Watson constantly updated us as to what was going to happen, who was going to arrive, what time they would arrive and everything happened exactly according to that schedule, without any delays or excuses.



This renovation went exactly as we had planned, was within our planned budget and the results are phenomenal.



If you are planning a renovation, we would highly recommend that you hire Paulson’s and not think twice. Great contractors are hard to come by, they are not cheap, but if you want cheap, you can’t have great. We picked GREAT and got what we paid for, an awesome renovation!

I recently had my kitchen & bathroom remodeled with Paulson's. It was such a great experience. Maureen in the showroom was wonderful, she has a great eye for design. She really changed my opinion about "contractors". The whole process was easy & she helped me not to feel so overwhelmed. The guys that worked on my home were very nice & did a great job. They also cleaned up everyday, which made me happy. I love my new kitchen & bathroom! I enjoy showing it off!

Great workmanship! I've used them several times, and everyone from the girl that answers the phone to the workers in the field are very nice people. Paul the owner, and Todd are very understanding of what I want done, and handle everything in a professional manor. Thanks!
