Nice guy. He just came and fixed my garage door on a sat. night. No extra fees and stuck to his word. He went the extra mile.

One of the aging cables snapped and resulted in the garage door lifting at an angle and partially removed from the track. Happened on a Sunday. Called Ace, and Jack was at my house in no time. Had all the parts on hand. 30 minutes later, door was fixed and as good as new.

Jack from Ace came the same day I called. He was able to fix the problem to my satisfaction allowing me to use the door until it can be replaced. He worked for several hours and went above and beyond the call of duty to make that happen. Even gave me extra`assistance, as I am disabled, and all at a very reasonable price.
