We rented a house through Zing for over 3 years. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. Quick responses for any issues rather office or maintenance. Would highly recommend them.

My family and I have been renting a home from Zing Property Management for just under a year now, and they were very helpful during the entire online application process.
Additionally, the few times we had a repair issue and submitted a request to their Tenant Website, they always responded in under 24 hours to let us know a repair technician would be in contact with us to arrange a mutually convenient appointment time to come take care of it. We have always received a call from repair service company by the next business day.
Zing PM has professional and very thoughtful employees who really do treat others the way they would want to be treated. I highly recommend them to anyone needing property management services!

I have rental properties in various states, including two in Houston. I live in Arizona and doing business with management companies you don't even know can be stressful and difficult at times. I can truly state that Zing Property Management stands at the top of the class. Their accounting program is top notch, you can see every detail in the accounting and your money arrives in your account early every month. Sharon Petty and her staff respond to your inquires immediately. They take care of the repairs after hurricane damages and provide photos both before and after of the areas. I have sold one of my homes and in the closing of the second sale, both with Zing as the listing agent and it has been wonderful. I work with other management companies in other states and only wish they could operate and be as friendly as Zing. I highly recommend them for any of your property management in the Houston area. Thanks again to Sharon Petty and her entire staff, you are GREAT!

My husband and I needed to find something quick because of my husbands job relocating us. We had a quick move in and the home is in a great location!

My husband and I moved to TX about a month ago. Before my arrival, my husband rented a home for us to live in until our home in Florida sells in 2016. Being in this home, I have encountered delay after delay in any repairs. I got a notice from the property manager that the owner intended to sell and would let us dissolve the lease because she could not afford any repairs. Needless to say, we submitted an application for another home. We told the pm that we wanted our security deposit back immediately to put down on this other home and we wished to remain in the home for 2 weeks without rent to pack our things that we just unpacked (less than a month ago). We also wanted the application fees back and the owner denied all of it saying it was our desire to move. Really? You contacted us to move because you cannot pay to repair a property that has health hazards. I would not suggest this pm firm. I am a landlord and never would I subject my tenants to such conditions and expect them to wait a month before even acknowledging the repairs have been denied by the owner. Negligence...that is the word I use to summarize this owner and pm firm...

deserve zero stars!! they are terrible people to deal with. rude, do not return calls or emails. liars. they do not answer the phone and if you leave a message do not expect a call back because it will not happen. They drag their feet when you have a repair request. Nothing is of importance. I have no idea how this company is in business. They took over managing lease home I previously had with an excellent company.
