I had a bad experience too. Many years ago I went to Dr. Zhirong Gao's clinic to clean my teeth. After a long time waiting, he started cleaning my teeth. He was watching the TV while doing the cleaning. He only finished the bottom part, but he told me he's done. He is the worse dentist I've ever seen. I don't suggest anyone to his clinic ever!!!!!!

Dr. Gao is not a professional in my eyes. He didn't exam my teeth carefully and did a repair to my tooth. But after the repair, my tooth become very sensitive and pain so I went to see him again. He told me it is not his business anymore and asked me to go to see another doctor. He didn't offer any solution to the problem just simply push you out of the door. This is the worst experience i had ....

Couple years ago, I got inflammation in one my wisdom teeth. Someone recommended me to see Gao Zhirong. He is not patient with me and simply said that I need to extract the wisdom teeth. Then, he strongly indicated me to pay him first. When he performed the extraction of wisdom tooth, he broken part of the root in the gum, he could not take it out. Until today, I still feel the root in the gum and painful occasionally. I wrote this review, because I had extraction of my other wisdom teeth in antoher Dr's clinic. That Dr's action is very quick and gental, extracting the teeth completely; he is much more professional that Gao Zhirong. I just have to say Zhirong Gao is not professional and responsible.
