Beware when you leave this apartment, they will get your deposit and your concession back. Make sure you clean the blinds & ceiling fans, wipe every nook & crannies, leave no spots behind. They will charge you for every single detail you leave. The bathtub, the stove, anything that looks like you have used it. And don't forget you gonna get charged for the carpet! I lived here for 2 years & what do you expect? Also they allow pets but when you leave they'll say oh you have pets so we have to change the carpet and charge your for it. Very unfair! I have been to other apartments never charged me with this ridiculous move out charges. Best advice: Hire someone to clean when you leave and shampoo the carpet!! And don't forget to take pictures or ask one of them to go around with you on your last day when you leave.... Beware!! Just be aware!! Better yet look for other apartments!!!

HORRIBLE!!! We were the first...

HORRIBLE!!!

We were the first tenants in our building, my husband and I, and after only 1 year it was quite clear we did NOT want to sign another lease. Actually after 1 month we were positive this place was hell.

First of all, our extremely nice, competent leasing agent who showed us the apartment and who we signed our lease papers with, was sadly no longer working there by the time we moved in a couple of weeks later. Instead, a leasing team full of immature, ignorant people took over and made it clear from day one that things were going to change for the worse.

By the end of our lease we were having to park 5 buildings away from our own due to lack of planning on the builders part in terms of parking spaces. The gates were ALWAYS broken. The residents below us were grilling on their patio with an OPEN FLAME GRILL everyday and after repeated calls to the office, nothing was ever done and this continued. We saw DRUG DEALS going on at the back gate where our apartment was in the open. When the residents were promised that a security camera would be placed at the back gate, surprise, surprise! We never got one.

The quality of the apartments were laughable at best. Air conditioner repeatedly went out and after multiple calls to maintenance, we were just told to "remove a sensor". Carpet, although this was a brand new complex built in 2010, was shag and was impossible to clean. Floors were thin and uneven. Walls were just as thin. Front door deadbolt and handle repeatedly became loose and almost to the point of FALLING OFF. Balcony rail became loose after only 1 year.

Fast forward to 6 months AFTER we had already moved out. We get a call from the new manager(shocker that no one wants to stay there for any extended length of time...)notifying us of an outstanding balance exceeding $600. Miraculously after being asked why were just now hearing about this NOW, her response was "well we might have sent a letter to the wrong address". When asked what this excessive amount included it was because they had to clean a microwave, vacuum a pair of blinds, paint a wall, and replace a portion of the carpet even though we paid a deposit and 2 pet deposits totaling $600 when we signed the lease!! Sounds a little peculiar doesn't it!' DO NOT RENT HERE, you will regret it.

I do not advise anybody to mov...

I do not advise anybody to move to this complex for the following reasons:

Parking is ridiculous. You have to have a tag to park by your apartment. If you have visitors they have to park in the front so you will have to go pick them up if you live in the back which then means you may lose you parking spot.

Walls are super thin. You can hear every noise in the other apartments...clearly.

The gates. You can only get in and out of the front gates even though there are some in the back of the complex. They are not working half of the time. And you better start driving through the gate because if you wait one nanosecond it will close on your vehicle (it closed on my truck) and you will be held responsible for it.

Upon moving out (which you will after your lease is up) they will send you a high bill for ridiculous damages they claim you made in the apartment.
