If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my daughter to the stratus multi specialty clinic twice. The first time we waited for a total of 4 hours. No one had the common courtesy to communicate to the patients that the doctor was not in and that the wait was going to be long. Our second visit, we got to our appointment about half an hour early hoping things would be different . The lady at the front desk states "the doctor is not in, you have to come back in about two hours" I was so upset and so frustrated with this place. I then expressed to the front desk lady what a huge inconvenience it was. She stated that they called and left a voice message. To sum it up Dr Woody is not always available. The front desk person is rude, uncompassionate, insensitive and lacks customer service skills. Quite frankly by the way she acted she doesn't t need to be in health care. The check out lady doesn't have manners. Unfriendly, and doesn't even greet you. Dr Woody you should sent your front desk staff to a customer service class. . .

The clinical staff in the back is very kind, fast, and professional. But the services given in the front and the really long wait times is what brings this place down.
