They stole my money saying I'm gonna get approved and last minute said no and took me through all kinds of hoops just to take my money. They are very classless. I wouldn't recommend any of their properties to my worst enemy.

Management nasty attitude, drug infested, parking suck, roach infested, moulded, don't move in this horrible place at all

If you're looking for a great place to stay with great management, this is not it! Only thing I can honestly say I love about my apartment and stay here, are my neigbors. (Notice I said stay not live, I'm not comfortable here) We have the worst apartment staff and management known to mankind, but that's what's happens when you give small people, big power. Anywho, for what you will pay here, it's not worth it. A few bs upgrades but it's still not worth the dollar amount. Keep looking and good luck. I can't wait until my lease is up!

The "reserved" parking here is a nightmare. They recently converted the entire apartment complex's parking into "reserved" and if you want an extra parking spot, you must rent it (if available) for $20 per month.

Did anyone in management consider tenants' visitors? Apparently not. Residents are having to park along the street where there are "No parking" signs and having the constant threat of being towed.

Suggested logical solution: Remove "Reserved parking" and have it sectioned for "Residents" and "Visitor" parking with dated decals as other complexes have. I've suggested this to the corporate office, but apparently resident's recommendations are unimportant to them, we only live here and must not know anything :)

All other aspects of these apartment are average, but I warn others not to live here because the parking situation is mediocre.

I am a resident of The Woods on Lamonte and have been since last February. I have never before had a problem with the people in the leasing office until recently. 

Upon discovering mold in my apartment, I have been urgently notifying the property manager at The Woods On Lamonte, Sandra, that we have a mold related problem that needs to be fixed. Having her tell me over the phone that there is no mold in my apartment, without coming to see where I found it really solves nothing. Over the course of the day, and having to call her multiple times to get something done about this urgent matter, she told me that she doesn't have time for my made up problem and insinuated that I was lying to her by continuing to refuse to believe me or come see for herself what I discovered, which was a hole in my wall with black smelly moist material coming out of it.  Her repeated insults about how dirty my and my roommates    home  is further irritated and insulted me, and again, did nothing to help the matter. I agree my roommates aren't the cleanest, but that has nothing to do with the problem at hand. Her unprofessionalism and flat out rude comments have permanently given me a negative perspective on the complex and this company. I have been patient and tried my best to explain our situation to the manager but her stubborn attitude and unwillingness to even see if there is a serious problem has prevented anything from being done about our mold problem. It is a tragedy that the one person who should be on top of such a serious problem as this, refuses to be, simply because she does not believe it is there. These apartments WILL screw you over do not live here. They will flat out lie and break the law to get their way. Signing a lease with them is a death sentence.

When i first came for my tour i thought it was going to be all rountine and blah blah blah... 1 bedroom 1 bath ,washer and dryer etc.. well no !!! The Girls were Wonderful , there peppy and upbeat and they really love there jobs because they weren't dull or routineish at all.They showed me around and i found what i wanted immediatley!! And I really thought i was going to have to think about it!! I gave them a some of my requests and they did everything in there power to please me!! Rent here is seriously affortable!! But other than the price of it i had other small demands like.....................................................

I'm a water sign so the pool was the biggest deal breaker it totally meet my qualifications and theres 2 so when one gets to packed theres the backup pool which is important to me because I get my best tans sitting pool side!! OH and They have tennis courts which i love I grew up playing and i love that its a couple feet from my place!!!!! Oh and theres a gym i rather swim and play tennis but i have hot neighbors and i always bring my friends so we can "work out" LOL! What else um...... oh yeah the security is top notch and seriously thats what does it for me. I really got to feel safe i live alone and i come home at all times of night. Our courtesy cop is always on his game and i've never had not one incident thank God!!! But i just wanted to thank The friendly staff who got me my awesome apartment even with all my picky little requests!!
