You wouldn't believe the service! As a cancer survivor going to any place and acknowledging I need a prothethic is difficult. I called first and they told me to get a script from my doctor and once there I need to get the ok from my insurance company. Well I got the script and it took. Jan was simply wonderful. She placed and order for my prothetic and bras. My Sister mentioned to her that I go to the pool and learned not all prothetics are created equal. There are special prothetics for swimming. Jan let us know the insurance does not cover it but, she showed it to us anyway. And through Grace Jan informed us that it was a gift that someone donated it. And so with no out of pocket expense I got my swim prosthetic. My Sister cried and I wanted to but was too happy. Thank you Jan and the mysterious donar you made my MONTH. Now I am happy to say that since my first experience was so great when they call me that my order is ready I will be there with bells on.
