These people don't deserve any starts. Dishonest my son dropped my iPhone 6 and cracked the screen apple offered to replace it for $100 but then they said they won't be able to because there was a dent on the side, these people had a place close to the apple shop they offer to replace my cracked screen for $100 plus tax telling me they are selling high quality screen with six months warranty!

20 days later my screen cracks again although I have a glass sheild on it! The sheild doesn't have a scratch when I went back to them they denied that they told me they have a six months warranty!!

I asked for the owner or the manager so I can talk to him as he is the one who sold me the screen and did the replacement the guy told me he will be in with in 30 mints.

After an hour and 20 mints he came and he admitted the six months warranty but the funny thing was he said the warranty is not on the screen which he sold me!!!! It's on the touch!!! Then he tried to offer me a discount as if I'm silly to trust these people again.

It is my mistake to trust such people apple would replace the whole set for $300.

There is many places I found later in China towen who would do the same service for $40.!!!

Please don't trust fancy places!!!

They are paying high rent at the mall they want to take it back from us by cheating and laying to customers.

Save you money!

These are scam!?

These guys are awesome. After calling several places and being told they either don't fix game consoles or that I would have to drop off and pay $60 just too look at it i found WizMobile. Their very knowledgeable and their competitive pricing really gives them an edge.



I took my XBOX 360 in because the tray was jammed they explained to me that it probably would not be done the same day and most places there will be about a 2 week turn around time. I paid a small deposit Saturday afternoon and left the XBOX there expecting not to pick it up until Monday or Tuesday but surprisingly they called me in about an hour and told me I could come pick it up because they were done. Needless to say they made my kids' rainy weekend go much smoother. I am forever thankful. I will be bringing a few other electronics to them as soon as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable friendly service.



The only downside is that the interior looks like a few tech savvy guys decorated, but I won't take a star away for that. (Hey guys, if you need a decorator I would be happy to come fix up the shop free of charge) :)
