These Apts are older apts, The AC does not work half the time, the Hot water is almost non existent during daylight hours, People set on the grounds/parking lot at days/nights getting drunk and leave beer bottles and trash all over the place. Walk up on any bacony looking out upon the parking lot car port roofs and you can see the trash that has been thrown even there.



Be sure not to turn on a hair dryer or vacuum cleaner before you turn your TV off, if you don't turn the TV off first, you will be popping circuit breakers all over the place. Then you have to call maintenance to reset them as the breakers are in a central location behind lock and key and tenants have no access to them. these puny 15 amp breakers trip quite frequently and I have personally seen some of these breakers burning in the breaker box while maintenance personel attempt to put the fire out.



I cannot recommend these apts to anyone.
