Management open the freaking back parking door not everyone has 50 bucks to buy the damn card ....................

don' t even try to move here its horrible reason: too much pothole,thief, etc

Unprofessional staff ! Including the two face manager! I paid 4months upfront of rent &they said they only got 2? Mmm fishy! They're most likely stealing from the property owner! They dont fix anything! Mold all over in restroom and water goes inside apt 2611 when it rains! Staff is INCOMpETENT! Including maintaince thag dont have a clue of they are doing! Ill be breaking my lease soon . Finally ill be out of this nightmare! One star? They deserve 0 stars.

This apts do not deserve a half of a star.... They dont want fix anything but they are quick to put a notice on your door

I have lived in these apartments for a year and a half and its the best place in this area...Safe, and quiet, and nice family community. The manager Alma Gamboa has been a manager for about 7 years and she is really nice... the maintenance staff has also been here for a long time...so they know their stuff. .. yeah sometimes theres parties but they keep it to a minimum... overall I give them 5 star rating compared to other properties around this area... we are not charged for water, we have a beautiful pool, we are close to the shopping centers, and the office ladies are always willing to listen and help.

this place doesnt even deserve HALF A STAR! THEY WILL ROB YOU, NEVER HELP YOU, AND TIL THIS DAY I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A COPY OF MY CONTRACT! THIEVES!!!!!!!!
