Went all through June and July with doubled electricity bills due to maintenance issues with the air conditioning. Our apartment was always 80 degrees inside and after 6 or 7 phone calls and 2 months maintenance finally ordered the part to fix the Ac. The maintenance also does not leave any correspondence, so we never knew when they had attempted to fix anything. We had the 2 bedroom layout and the cabinets are dated, and falling apart, the bathroom vanity being in the master bedroom is horrible. We also had a spider problem because the outside of the buildings becomes infested with webs. Our customer service experiences were always less than desirable and we never got any resolutions. The staff is continually switching. Parking is not monitored at all like they say so spots are hard to come by. The lake is pretty, but overall it's a bad neighborhood. Coming from clear lake I really didn't feel completely comfortable most nights. I would not recommend this apartment at all.
