(current employee) Very good talent working there. They do not care about you, you are just a number. People comes and goes on a by-monthly basis. Always talk about a vision for the future but they really have no idea what they want. A lot of people afraid on a daily basis because they do not know if they are going to be the next to get fired. Not a place where you can share ideas. Salary is horrible as well as com plan compare to the market.
