***BEWARE*** ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS SHADY DISHONEST COMPANY!
I had the hardest time canceling with them. Their contracts are deceptive, and they put in all kinds of loopholes to stop you from getting out of their contracts or forcing you to pay fines or and renew your contract. Read contract thoroughly. You have to cancel in writing within a certain time period or they renew you automatically to keep you tied to the contract. There is no getting out of the contract even if the equipment is defective or malfunctions which it did for me within the first two months. Customer service is horrible and rude, they do not work with you. Finally, was able to get out and cancel after 3 freaking years…still owing them 3 months, to which they added late fees and sent to a legal company adding more fees. They turned $75 into 300+ in more fees due. This company is legally robbing businesses if you ask me. F#8*&^ck them, I am sure Karma will do it’s job on this fu&%&&^ing thieves.
