If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst day care I have ever seen, the owners are rude and the staff are overworked. There are times I have seen one staff member watching a room full of kids all different ages. One of the owners tried to overcharge me bc she thought I wasnt paying attention while she was swiped my card to pay for the week. Then when I asked her why she over charged me ( it was only 3$!!!!) she played crazy. After that day when I returned to pick up my daughter I told her that I wanted my money back for the week I just paid and that I would pay the drop in rate for today and she gave me the run around about getting MY MONEY BACK. It took about two weeks of going back and forth with her from setting dates to meet with her and then she would lie and claim she had somewhere to be when the time came, that I finally had to send my husband at a random time to get my money back. I would not let my cat stay at this DC I don't have any and don't even like them.
