They're must have been couple people having a bad hair day. . Honestly I don't know what are this people are crying about. . I have a 10 month old baby and I started bringing him in when he was 2 month old, the director is amazing and the stuff are very good, they have this called a family environment, my baby would always be happy at the end of the day, baby room teachers are very nice, I know for sure my baby is been very taking cared off.. iam thankful for this people.. I do understand that we cannot make every body happy but I tell you one thing, bring your child to westchase academy, for sure your will get the respect, love and kindness from this people.. Thank you all. .

Fantastic daycare! If want your child to be cared for the same way a parent would...go here! Both of my children went to Westchase. They were fed REAL COOKED NUTRICIOUS FOOD, not boxed mystery snacks. Sometimes thier lunch was better than mine, and I work a corporate level job. If your child cries, they won't be ignored or told to settle down. The owner and teachers were all so loving...many times I walked in randomly and witnessed a child in thier lap being hugged and comforted like they were visiting Grandma. The facilities were always VERY clean and well kept. I tried several daycares before Westchase, and wished I had gone directly there first.

My kids love it here! Nice and clean environment. Staff is well trained! Kids are happy and always a warm welcome everyday!

If It was possible to rate them with no stars I would. Today I was on Alief Clodine at West Houston Hospital Rd 7:42am 10/10/2013 as one of their child care vans decided to run a light with a van full of children. Now isn't that special? Why would you pay to have these people take care of your children? Clearly your children would be safer home alone! How dare you take a chance with someone else's children. I am sure that if this was your child and someone was attempting to kill them you would be furious! You should refund every one of those parents money! Disgusting!

I hate that these other people have had bad experiences with Westchase Academy, but my kids and I love this facility and the people. I had to remove them because I was employed with a company where I worked late hours so I had to place them in a 24 hour, but now that I am in school I immediately knew I wanted to place them back in Westchase. My kids and I have kept contact with these lovely people and can't wait to be a part of the family again. I have never witnessed a time when the kids were not active accept when they were taking a nap. My kids and I even stopped by once just to say hi and the kids were outside playing and some were even playing water games. Of course my kids got in on the fun while I visited.
