I had a really poor experience at West Point. I believe the name of my salesman was Echo or Etko. I came in to to a 2009 BMW 750LI. It was originally listed on Ebay for 29k, a vehicle with 50k miles. I found that to be the best bargain online and I called in immediately. I originally spoke to a gentleman name Jay and he was very helpful and informative. However my schedule and his conflicted and unfortunately had to deal with Echo. I test drove the vehicle, the BMW had a some type of battery issue and was less than a perfect ride. Even still I figured we can work out a deal, get some of those minor issue corrected and still drive home with a new car.

Upon working the deal Echo attempted to sell the car to me for about $5000 more than what the advertised price was even AFTER I told him the special. He goes back and comes back and still tries to sell it to me for about $2000 MORE than what the advertised price was and basically write the original arrangement off claiming that whoever listed it for so cheap "could loose their job". I was less than amused.

When asked if I could take the BMW to a BMW dealership and have it checked out he said I would have to wait until monday and if there is any other issues that they will not be willing to fix it or address it.

It was very clear than when he realized he was not going to be making nearly as much on the deal as he hoped he became very short, impatient and downright rude. I asked about warranty and he threw some number at me and wouldnt let me speak to a manager. I really wish I wouldve seen Jay that day and maybe things wouldve been different.

Bought a new Denali, nice SUV but it left me stranded on side of road. Sales rep told me water got into engine (??) This all happened on a Friday and the Salesman was in no hurry to help me.

Wound up getting a Yukon after some pressuring by GMC. Yukon is okay but it really lacks space when your doing major shopping.

Took Yukon yesterday to service dept, the AC was not working. The only service guy there would not even acknowledge my presence. After getting his attention and he was not a solution oriented employee. Told him of the issues and how I had called and would have a loaner waiting. Seems when I called Monday, and showed up Wed, I was not told you had to reserve a loaner.

The service guy says your having another bad experience here? Told him yes. Even the new car sales rep was there and did not acknowledge me. You'd think buying a $60k car would get you a little service.

Will never use this dealership and I traded in the car to another dealership.

A Car Dealer Good Enough to Survive!

First, they were one of the Chrysler/Jeep Dealers scheduled to be closed. Chrysler's problems are well-documented, and this was not the fault of a long-respected dealership.

They became a Pontiac/GMC Dealer, and Pontiac was abolished by the takeover of Government Motors. Not their fault, either.

At this singular point in time, they carry some of the best SUV's and Trucks anywhere (check out Stabilitrak and OnStar) and the new GMC Terrain is comparable or better by virtually any measure compared to say, the Nissan Murano, which is almost identical in every measurement. For styling, you have to decide for yourself, but for many people it has a more muscular look and it sure beats Murano on standard features and price.

Additionally, they have a great Pre-Owned Department with a good selection of vehicles, and even more available to them from their other dealerships.

The salesperson I worked with was friendly and worked hard to help fit my selection into my budget.

I would recommend them for your 'short list' when you are shopping for any vehicle.

Liars & Cheats

I got two keys made at Archer. Due to MY error the check was returned. I went in and paid cash for the check and the check fee. Instead of destroying my check they put it through again. I can see an error here. However, after we settled up again they have now sent two unauthorized checks through my bank for $ 30.00 from some front company called Certegy Payment Recovery Services. This has caused new checks to bounce. I have spent over 4 hours on this in the last two days. I am having to cancel my business checking account and order new checks because they "sold" an account recievable that is bogus.
