He is honest and willing to try things your way

After a scary emergency situation with my 14 year old dog this morning, I took the earliest available appointment at a vet near me and that happened to be West Oaks Animal Hospital. Since I moved from Phoenix a year ago, I haven't had to take my dog to the vet until today. I already love this vet and her staff. They were very caring, concerned, and had great communication skills. I just found a new vet and I intend to tell everyone about her! Dr. Patty Grana is awesome!
