When you pick up your clothes they look like they have been slept in. I took things back and asked them to redo and they looked worse than the first time.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

They lost 2 pair of expensive pants and gave me clothes that belong to someone else. I have been there several times before this incident and they NEVER had my clothes ready when they promised and I ALWAYS had to wait for them to "find" my clothes. It has been 4 days and they still dont have my clothes and they want me to keep coming back until they find them. Who wants to be inconvienced like that? You should be able to trust that when you drop your clothes off at the cleaners they will clean your clothes and return all of them to you at the time promised. It should not be my responsiblity to check in with them...they should bend over backwards to correct this problem!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS THERE!!!!!!!
