***BEWARE - LOST SHIRTS - NO ACCOUNTABILITY****

I recently had a horrible experience with this cleaners company. I dropped off several Ralph Lauren shirts about 3 weeks ago. I was able to pick up 10 of those shirts, but the cleaners lost the other 5. I patiently waited for 2 weeks per their request to resolve THEIR SCREW UP. Once that 2 weeks expired, and I went in to discuss resolution I was SHOCKED and AMAZED that the blame was now on the customer. (ME)

I STRONGLY encourage anyone to be mindful and cautious of depending on these people at this cleaners to be professional, courteous, and MOST IMPORTANT.. HONEST!!!! Est. $400.00 worth of clothing disappeared!!!!
