New personnel. Meghan and Maricela are top notch providers. Front staff a little "bureaucratic'' but the PA's more than make up for it. I have been going there since Wells was there. There was a time where I avoided it, but since March 2018, great service.

When Dr Wells was the owner/operator of this clinic it was a great place to go! The service was wonderful, the prices where fair and the staff actually cared about your well being. I sure miss her! Ever since she retired and left this office has become more and more out of touch with simple hospitality. As you may have guessed I've been going to this office for a long time, they have all my records and should know just about everything about me, but every time I go in I have to remind them what meds i take day to day, if I'm sick I constantly have to remind them what works for me and what dose not. This is not acceptable! They should take MUCH MORE care and read your chart before prescribing anything. But they don't care, they just want your money. Then when you call back a week later because what they prescribed is not making you better, they ask you to come back into the office for ANOTHER visit so they can take more of your money to give you the prescription they should have given you in the first place.



These people will treat you nice at first but in the end your nothing more than their person experiment.

"BEST MEDICAL CLINIC IN HOUSTON" This is the only medical center I've ever liked. It's obvious the people there actually care about me---how weird is that! And they arent all about the money. I don't have insurance and here i dont really feel like i need it. I keep saying I'm going to bring their office a present, but every time i go there I'm not feeling well, so I'm writing this review instead. Thank you Gail Wells and the rest of your staff, you always make me feel better when I'm down and out.

Great people. Great Service. Great Prices. What I like is that I am treated like an individual...they know my name as I walk in and seem genuinely concerned about me. And....I don't sit waiting in one of the examination rooms for an hour waiting to see someone. I don't have insurance, so they make sure to not prescribe expensive medications I can't afford. Plus the office visits are cheap.

I trust Gail Wells and the staff at Wells Walk in Clinic to take care of myself, my wife and our 2 sons. When it comes to my 2 boys, I am fanatical that they get the very best of everything. Gail Wells treats my sons as if they were her own children. She listens carefully to everthing they have to say. My previous doctor seemed disinterested when my sons spoke and would direct all the questions to me. My sons are 7 & 9, they are the ones that are sick, they know what feels wrong to them and know how to tell someone about it. My kids used to dread the doctor, now when I say "Let's go see Ms. Wells", they instantly want to go because they know she will make them feel better. Last thing I think is important to mention is that the Wells Walk in Clinic is a Super Bargain! A follow up visit is $25, I think. You also don't need an appointment, so when I don't feel well I just drive there immediately and don't have to worry about getting hit with a giant bill.

This is the best medical care I have ever received. Gail Wells is one of the smartest people I have ever met in my life. The staff truly cares about you and it shows. Somebody posted that their are lots of hidden fees. This is absolutely NOT true. I took a friend their and he has simple outpatient surgery and it was about $265, a hospital had estimated around $4500!!! Since first comming to see Gail, I have since moved 45 minutes away. I continue to see her and the rest of the staff because they are worth a 45 minute drive AND they are saving me a fortune. Thank you wells walk in clinic!!

Wells Walk In Clinic is awesome. The staff is very friendly and the staff are phenomenal. They really take their time and care about you individually. The fees were laid out there for me and they told you how much each item was going to cost. I have insurance but this was cheaper than using my high deductible insurance. The office is nice and clean. I will be back for sure and I would highly recommend Wells Walk In Clinic to anyone!

Lots of hidden fees! Tey suck money out of you and it costs more than an urgent care for simple issues!

Don't go there no matter how sick you are

WOW covers it! They are professional, friendly and fast. The office may be a walk-in clinic; however, it's run more like a private doctor's office which values each patient. My daughter had a badly swollen and sore throat which definitely needed treatment. Gail gave her a thorough examination and prescribed generic medicine so we could afford it. Their fees were the most reasonable i could find, lower than the Redi Clinic at the local drug store.



We're definitely making this our new clinic, even though it's a long drive.

I DONT GIVE REVIEWS, BUT I HAD TO WITH THIS CLINIC;IN ALL THE CLINICS AND DOCTORS I HAVE BEEN TO, THIS ONE IS THE BEST; SHE HAS BED SIDE MANNERS THAT IS LACKING IN DOCTORS TODAY.IN OTHER PLACES THEY RUSH AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND IT'S REFRESHING TO FIND SOMEONE LIKE GAIL WELLS.I RECOMMEND HER TO ANY WHO ASK ME.
