It use to be nice living here now it's a total nightmare it's not a nice environment at all to raise kids or a family the office can't keep the same people working at it for longer then a month an the people that work inside the office don't care about any problems that happen it's like they are only here for quick paycheck it states we have a courtesy officer but good luck with calling him if you need help with a problem he doesn't come an the cops do not like to come here for anything at all it's ashame the drugs being sold here an smoked by drug dealers that have families yet they continue to fill up these apartments with drug dealers that have no respect for you or your home if your looking for a quick move look very far from Wellington it is horrible!!!

I think all the management at Wellington Park need to be re-trained. They are a bunch of liars and they do not keep up the property. There are drug dealers around and they do nothing about it. The complex is all about money no matter how they get it. They will mess you over any chance they can get. The corporate office is not any better. They never call back even if they say they would. I am glad to be away from this property. Once they get their stories together in court I will be rid of them all together.
