They charged my credit card before providing me service, then when we cancelled they failed to refund us our money. They will not answer my phone calls and will not return my voice mails.

They are scam artists. They charged me for four mows when they showed up for none and then said, oh well you emailed the wrong email to cancel. They did fine at the beginning, but then would not let me cancel. Did not have anyone show up for a month and there is one person in the office and that is it. You can never get past her, and she is not truthful. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. What a bunch of scam artists! AFTER we cancelled our (poor) service, our card continued to be charged. Since getting a refund was nearly impossible, they assured us that we would have a credit to our account that we could use anytime. With our hectic schedules this week, we decided to use our credit. When I called to schedule service they informed me that there was no such credit, and that our files stated that we cancelled our service because WE WERE BROKE AND COULD NO LONGER AFFORD IT. We actually purchased our own lawnmower, weed eater, and blower to do the lawn ourselves because THEY DID SUCH a CRAP JOB.

To have the nerve to say that we couldn't afford $27 is the most insulting part about it. Looking at the other reviews, it seems as if they are the ones that can't afford $27.....yet it's not even their money.

This place should be called "Not Only Do We Cut Grass, We Cut Corners and Steal Your Money".

I had no problems with the actual lawn mowing service. Instead, my gripe is about the unorganized customer service employees who do not do what you ask. After calling to cancel services to my address, I received another payment 2 weeks later, only to be told that their company does not offer refunds. I could fight them for it but it's not worth my time to just get $30 back and take up more than 2 hours of my time on the phone/emails. So instead, I'll be leaving negative reviews for the next 15 minutes about this amateur, middleman company.

If you live in the Houston area, do NOT give them your credit card information! I signed up for their biweekly mow services and asked that they start the next week. On monday they charged my credit card, but when I got home, my grass wasn't cut. After calling them multiple times, I finally got a hold of someone on Wednesday afternoon (gas still wasn't cut). I was told that charging early was common, just in case the card got declined, they didn't want to find out afterwards. However the guys would be out to cut my grass by Thursday afternoon, Friday morning at the lastest. Today (Monday) rolled around, and my grass still!! hasn't been cut and I can't get anyone to answer the phone, call me back, or reply to my emails. I called my bank to try and block any future charges, since I couldn't get a hold of any one to cancel services. USAA said they are definitely a scam, they charged 10¢, then $34, and attempted to charge another $34 today! Do not use them!!
