NEVER AGAIN!!!



They ruined a pair of expensive linen pants and an expensive silk blouse (both Vince.) They came back with the colour streaked and blotchy and they looked like someone slept in them. It was appalling.



They said they would do them again - which baffled me, because once the colour came out, I couldn't figure out how they were going to fix them. Well, when they came back it looked like they tried to re-dye them - a different colour! They looked even worse. A beautiful outfit worth over $400 - RUINED.



But that is not where it ends. It gets worse.



The staff tried calling the Manager/Owner and left a message on his VM to call me. They said they couldn't give me his number because they had got in trouble for doing that in the past. Several days later, after no call, I went back to the cleaners. They tried calling him again and had to leave a message that he was to call me. Several days later I went back to the store STILL not receiving a call from him. So she called him again - and this time he answered. I took the phone and he told me I needed to give him receipts before he would think about how he would compensate me.



I got the Manager/Owner's name and number - ROMEO at 832-512-5501 - found my receipt as requested and texted him the copy. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I have yet to hear from him despite repeated calls from me, texts from me, and visits to the shop with his staff calling him and requesting him to call me.



It is bad enough they ruined a beautiful outfit, but Romeo's inability to "do the right thing", even in a token manner, or even return calls, has me steaming.



I will NEVER go there again and have no problems broadcasting the below standard cleaning service and appalling customer service I received.
