I have owned a condo here since 2007 and never had any problems. It is a quiet complex, most of the residents are older and have lived their for years. I love that it is close to the Meyer Dog Park and Donald Collins Park!

This is not a family friendly community. The board plays favorites and ignores your emails. The manager skirts the issues and replies only half the time. Maintenance ignores almost everything. One side of the community is nice and clean. The other side is a dirty mess. It's hard to sleep here. I wish I wouldn't have bought property at Waterman Crossing which managed by Creative Management.
