Awful service we got married 2/17/18 he showed up late to our wedding said he hit a dog on i-10 on the way here and that's why it broke down Clearly the 1932 pierce arrow hasn't been maintained mechanically in a while. The smell of the vehicle were aweful the gas fumes were pretty bad but inside the car we had to keep the windows down just so we wouldn't pass out. I had 3 people at my wedding were master mechanics the guy refused to listen to the simple fix of the fuel pump which could of taken 10 minutes instead took him an hour to get it running, eventually did what we recommended in the first place. Second when people came around to see the interior the front driver section had so much trash it was falling on the ground in front of everyone it was embarrassing it looked like he lived in it the back seat was clean except the driver seemed drunk he could not stay within 3 lanes the whole way to our hotel just swerving me and my wife spilt champagne everywhere because the serving was so bad you couldn't even put the glass to your mouth with out him jerking and spilling it down you and good luck with re filling glasses lolwith no functional break lights and only 1 head light we just prayed we would make it.we also had to send the application 4 times because he couldn't work the computer properly and kept losing the applications. On our way from the venue to the hotel I had to sit on the floor to speak through the window and navigate him to the hotel because he said he doesn't know how to get there even though in the application it required pick up and drop off addresses we tried to be cheap, but I recommend paying more. you get what you pay for he even had the nerve to ask for the remainder of the money after we paid the 250 dollar non refundable deposit we felt he got enough from ripping us off. Not only was the service terrible but it was also embarrassing knowing that our guests got to leave before we did and had to look at that eye sore mess in that car!!

His fleet of antique cars is unparalleled. Mr.Washington was easy to do business with and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone!

This is a must rent car. Mr. Washington and his staff was very professional. Mr. Washington went above and beyond to make this day a very special day even though it was 100% chance of raiin. I would suggest this rental to anyone for a day to remember September 2014. Team GLee
