I have been coming to this store for over two years and this one guy is by far the most unprofessional and rude person I have every meet His name is Joseph he is a Hispanic male and very very abrasive. I arrived around 9am and asked if he could look up my last visit and he told me he was busy with someone else and the next associate would arrive at 10 am a hour later if I wanted to wait for them to help me.... It was several other customers came and he completely ignored all of them as if he was having a bad day and eventually we all left without any service. This guy is a bad team member and needs to be replaced right away
