This store is the biggest disgusting DUMP of all Walmarts everywhere. Loaded carts of who knows what are in the entry & surrounding the checkouts. They even closed the Portrait Studio to have yet another place to put loaded carts! There is trash and unwanted stuff under stands, checkouts, and on countertops. The floors are filthy. I haven't even gotten to the parking lot that looked like Waste Mgmt came by to empty their trucks! After coming from the clean, orderly, and well stocked store in Plano, TX only days ago it made me want to leave Houston NOW. Ick! I think Walmart should leave that location and let Target take care of the community. It is only bringing crime to our area. My daughter is one of those who was accosted by the guy in the parking lot with a gun who was finally killed by an officer in 2013. He tried to pull her out of her car and take her vehicle. This place is horrible!

Price match

They should not advertise that you dont need to take the other stores sales papers if they are going to tell you you need to have it and even if you have it they questioned you about each price match. I never do this and today I figured I would give it a try the result was that the customer behind me got mad because she had to wait and of the valid price matches which where only about six they only honored 3 and the others they made excuses even thought it was the same product. They made me feel like I was trying to steal from them. So next time I'll just go to the store that has the items on sale.

I have been going to this Walm...

I have been going to this Walmart since as long as I can remember. I went to this store the first week of January to purchase an expensive calculator for a college math course. I needed it in order to take an exam that evening. When I went to the calculator section there was sign to ask an associate for help. I found a worker and told her I needed a calculator she scanned the item and told me they had some but that they were in the bac kand she would have to walk all the way back there and get it. I waited for 20 minutes and finally saw her walking back when she said me she said "oh yeah you needed a calculator" and then mentioned "oh well I got stopped a bunch of times on my way back there and I couldnt reach them they are behind a truck thats being unloaded." So I went on to ask another associate because I didn't know if she had actually went or not because when she saw she looked like oh crap I forgot about this person. So the other lady scanned it and said there wern't anymore but that she would go back and check, this took another 10/15 minutes when she showed back up she said she couldn't get to them because there was something blocking where the calculators were. So by this time I had been at the store for almost an hour just to get one single item that I needed. I went to find a manager and told her the situation and all she did was radio whoever had originally went to locate the caluclator for me and the girl told her she couldn't get to it because of a truck being unloaded and all the manager had to say was "oh we won't be able to get to it for a couple of hours because a truck is being unloaded." What kind of manager would let a customer walk out who was going to purchase a $130 calculator? Why would the merchandise be placed in a location that is unreachable? If they are worried about the calculators being stolen they need to put them in glass cases with the video games in the electronic station. That way there are easisly accessible and in a secure location. That was ridiculous this Walmart lost $130 to Best Buy, in which it took me only 5 minutes to retrieve the item and be out of there. I have been a faithful customer to this Walmart location and now will refuse to ever go because of the lack of quality customer service. They really just didn't give a crap.
