He is reported to State Bar of Texas for professional misconducts. Jason T. Wagner (www.wsdllp.com) pretended to be an affordable attorney then racked up a large sum of legal fees within a short period of time. His trick is to ask you to give him lots of background info and all remotely relevant files and emails etc., then he'll give you an outrageous bill for reading them. The worst part is when he can't remember what he read and you end up paying more for additional reviews. After 2.5 months and $25,000, he threatened to withdraw two weeks before a scheduled trial. You make your own judgment but the facts are in less than 3 months, Wagner got $25,000 and billed additional $120,000. I declined to pay his outrageous bills and he filed a phony lawsuit to pressure me. What attorney sues his clients for billing? Not the one you’d like to hire.
