Do yourself a favor and do not use Vocar. I have been in the transportation 3pl business for 20 years and I can't understand how this company stays in business. They lie about deliveries, farm out the business to smaller independent carriers and have NO WAY to know when or how the freight will deliver. When choosing an LTL carrier, ask if the carrier such as Clear Lane, Front Line, or Roadrunner uses this agent. If so steer clear!

Was given a ridiculous window for the driver to show up 8-5.. Driver showed up with one third of our shipment Was told the driver would be here the next day with the remainder of the shipment Driver was a no-show Booked an appointment for the following day between eight and 11 for the remainder of our shipment Was not given a phone call Was on hold with customer service over 17 minutes Still unsure if and or when the rest of our delivery will show up Disgusting service do not use this company
