DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO REIMBURSE MONEY TO YOU WHEN THEY PROMISED TO DO SO

Karen O'Brien, the person who signed us on with Vitas hospice care on 4/9/15 told us that we might not get my dad's pain medicine in time so she asked me to purchase the medicine and Vitas will reimburse me. I gave the original receipt to the nurse at team 503 and she said she will turn it in to get it reimbursed.Since then I have tried to follow up with the nurse and team 503 to see what the status on the reimbursement every week for two months.I have called, emailed, wrote a letter to team 503, customer care and every number and person I can find in Vitas network but as of today NO ONE has contacted me regarding to my reimbursement. The person that is responsible for billing in team 503 is Liza Bailey. I have tried to reach her countless times but she could not give me an answer as to when I will receive the refund check and has ignored me for months after May.Till this date, I have not received any response back from them.
