Very courteous and helpful

Went into the office for the first time to get my glasses adjusted. She did a beautifully job and even offer to adjust my son glasses. She was very detailed and very intellectual person. She also was well concern for my eyes. Recommended yearly check ups. Set an appointment, received a reminder by a very sweet young lady. Only concern was an older female (which she did not explain anything to me) did a screening but seemed very rude. Did wait little over 20 min. to be seen by the doctor. After seeing the Doctor i realized why the doctor was taking so long. The dr is very precise and thoroughly with the exam. They have a very nice staff except the african american female who also was going to help to pick glasses and she didn't even bother to get up from behind the desk. Instead a very young female attended me and was very sweet and gave me a good deal on a pair of bebe glasses. Very pleased with the customer service and great turn around when it came to receiving my glasses.

If you hate crowd's this is the for you. I originally picked this location because it was between home & work. Three yrs later I'm still coming back, (1) cuz I know the won't be jammed packed (2) I will have more than enough time to look at frames uninterrupted (3) the young lady at the counter is going to give it To Me like it is :) I don't know, call Me crazy, but it feels comfortable (down home) and I like it.

The lady with dirty blonde hair that works as a receptionist is the main reason I will never go back there. She is extremely rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. The eye doctor seemed nice enough, but wasn't the same one when I came back for the fitting. The person that helped me choose my eyewear (2 years ago) was the only reason I came back last year. She was very friendly and patient. I can't remember her name, but she had very short blonde hair.



I decided 2 years ago that maybe the receptionist that was working that day had a bad day and to make an appointment to return. The only person that was still there was the rude receptionist. They even screwed up my appointment time and had the nerve to be rude to me about it.

Anyway, to make a long story short...I've had to come back several times b/c my prescription wasn't correct. When I picked another pair because the previous ones were horrible they happened to be cheaper. The receptionist wouldn't give me my $50 back. She said that they would just credit my account. I asked her for an itemized bill and she said I wouldn't understand it anyway. How can you bill someone, but not explain your charges?

I am generally a patient person, but because of the receptionist at this location I will never return. So be forewarned not to go there. It will not be a pleasant experience.
