Vip recently did 2 moves for me and I could not be happier. J T was extremely professional and helpful. He help me move my parents home and my home. He coordinate everything, packing unpacking and move with a hitch. All of the staff was very helpful. Vip made and overwhelming and stressful situation easy.
My moving crew led by George was professional and efficient. No damage to my home or furniture. The guys totally protected both homes and all of my furniture. He also pack all of my TV at no cost. Also the wardrobe box was a live saver because the last time we move my husband move our closet in his truck. I will highly recommended vip relocation to my friends.

I want to warn everyone against using the services of this company. DO NOT DO IT! First of all, we were promised same day move. The showed up late without any explanation. Took almost all day packing. When they were done packing, they said they were done for the day and were going home with all our belongings in the truck and would come back the next day. When we tried calling their supervisor, he ignored our calls, but called one of the movers right in front of us! It’s important to note that we were moving literally around the corner, in the same neighborhood. We even ordered them pizza and soda, so they could have dinner. They didn't bring any water for themselves or anything! So, we said that we were not going to pay them because they did not fulfill their promises per signed contract. Eventually, they did move our furniture into the new house (finished around 1-30am!) but were dropping boxes wherever they wanted. The boxes were mislabeled, and it was a nightmare! Results:
- scratched/damaged pieces of furniture
- some furniture was still left at the old house (we had to move it ourselves)
- they left THEIR trash in our old house
- they started being rude and hostile
Also, they charge per hour and per person. We had four people: three guys and one woman. That woman eventually just went to sleep in the cabin of the truck for like four hours till they finally were done!!!
Nobody ever called us to apologize for the horrible, disrespectful and inconsiderate experience.
I hope that this review will help somebody not to get in the situation that we experienced with this company.

We hired VIP to quickly move us from Houston to San Antonio due to a job relocation. We called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for that same Friday. They called a day before with the expected arrival timeframe and arrived within that same window. The crew (Josh, Danny, & Rick) were nice and friendly. Compared to other moving services we’ve used they broke down and resembled our complicated furniture with ease. Great service I highly recommend.

Total home run for my VIP team from start to finish. Jorge run his crew like a military general. Everyone played they roll, work hard and had fun doing it. The guys worked as a well oil machine. All my TV's and cloth were pack for free. Both my homes were totally protected. This is my 4th move in 11 years and the only one I did not have any damage. I am in a new subdivision and will recommend all my new neighbors. I have already sent one over and several more to come. I will continue to highly recommend my friends. Thank you VIP.

I am a repeat customer and will recommend VIP without reservation. A+ experience from start to finis, those guys always worked their butts off. This is my 3rd move with them and I think it's my last for a while. The free wardrobe and TV boxes really helped. The 18 wheeler and 53ft trailer really makes my move go faster compare to the other companies who wanted to bring 2 smaller box truck. If you are moving and want a company to treat you like family then VIP is the only way to go. I have had 3 different crew leader every time and always exceed my expectation. Truly 5 star people!!!!

Before I proceed, let me say that the actual Movers--as distinguished from the Moving Company (i.e., VIP Relocation)--were pretty good. Like some other Customers, I only wish that they could have moved faster. It took a 4-man crew from 9 a.m. until roughly 2 a.m. the next day, to move from our storage units in the Austin area (i.e., 5 5x5x7 vaults; 1 sofa bed; 1 10x15 climate-controlled unit with miscellaneous items), down to Houston.Now, as for this Company (i.e., VIP Relocation), if I could give 0 stars--better yet NEGATIVE stars--I would.My Family and I employed the services of VIP Relocation, following a fairly extensive review of proposals from numerous companies. Our negotiations were with Josh Henley, who seemed friendly enough--but, on the other hand, was suspiciously talkative. As part of his sales pitch, VIP Relocation via Josh:1. Assured us that the Trip Charge would be the only cost for transportation/travel, and that we would not be charged hourly for any transportation. We negotiated on the Trip Charge, bringing it down from $500 (or more) to $313.2. Agreed to a Hybrid Fee, comprised of an Hourly Rate, but with a ceiling, as Josh was confident that the Movers would be able to move us within a relatively fixed time. We negotiated the Hourly Rate from $175 (or more) to $135.3. Agreed to a Firm Estimated Range of Total Moving Cost. The low end of this range (i.e., best case for us) was $1,200. The high end of this range (i.e., worst case for us) was $1,500.In consideration of the above and foregoing, my Family and I agreed to employ VIP Relocation. Otherwise, we could easily have taken comparable bids from other companies, most of which have good to great reviews. (We are just seeing the reviews for VIP Relocation, starting with this site. Next time, we will seek and read such reviews, prior to making any decisions.)Pursuant to this Agreement, VIP Relocation via Josh:1. Emailed us a "canned" e-sign confirmation, which reflected none of the above and foregoing, but merely stated standard terms. (However, according to VIP, all of their conversations are recorded. We shall see, as I describe further, below.)2. Upon my tendering a credit card, charged me a deposit of $50.Now, for the largest part of our dissatisfaction and corresponding complaint:1. Around or about 2 a.m. (recall that the move started around or about 9 a.m. of the previous day), we found ourselves somewhat at odds with the Movers, who, in turn, back and forth with someone (presumably Larry Williams, who is supposed to be Josh's Manager/Supervisor).2. The Movers were, at that time, attempting to charge us, not only the $313 Trip Charge, but also $135 for every hour from 9 a.m. of the previous day through 2 a.m. of the next day--roughly $2,400--a vast departure from Josh's Firm Estimated Range of Total Moving Cost, viz. from $1,200 to $1,500.3. To the Movers' Credit, the Crew Supervisor was willing to "eat" the difference between the $1,500 maximum that we were promised, and the $2,400 that VIP Relocation was allegedly and purportedly "requiring" him to charge us. To this proposal, we could not equitably assent, as it would not have been fair for the Movers--whom we have no reason to suspect are/were part of any attempt to defraud us--to absorb a cost that VIP Relocation, itself, should be required to bear.4. As a compromise between the Movers and us--and with the reluctant assent of whomever was on the phone with the Crew Supervisor (again, presumably Larry)--we offered to pay $2,000. This amount more closely reflected the terms to which VIP Relocation via Josh had agreed: a. $313 Trip Charge, all-inclusive for transportation/travel. b. $135 per hour for what the Crew Supervisor had written upon his [billing sheet] of 13 hours of moving. c. While a strict application of the $313 Trip Charge and the 13 hours at $135 per hour would have required (or resulted) in $2,068: 1) we took into accoun

DO NOT USE. You get what you pay for- these are slightly cheaper movers and there's a reason why. Not only did they damage antiques and break furniture in half, they LOST boxes. Completely unprofessional and impersonal when trying to contact them about missing boxes. Save yourself the trouble and get better movers.

Jose and his crew was the best movers I ever have. My family have a few moves under our belt and by far those guys exceeded our expectation in every way. They were on time extremely professional and experience. No damages to my furniture and both homes. Everything was protected. I hope we will not moving again soon but if we do we would only trust our move to vip. Awesome people to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was moving from a 4 bedroom home to about an hour away. I have had a few prior moving experiences before in my past in different states so I had an idea on how things would go. But the moving service I received from vip was really good. I mean, i couldn't have asked for much more. They had every detailed covered and everything went just as scheduled. As a whole i would definitely recommend this company for anyone who is going to move and looking around for a good moving service. I genuinely appreciated the job they did.

I couldn't be more thrilled with this company. They went absolutely above and beyond with everything that they did. They moved me out of state and not only moved my items, but myself. They sent a second driver to drive myself in my personal vehicle. I am floored with the amount of service and professionalism given to me by this company
