Second time I've been at the store early Saturday am and no one has shown up. They are supposed to open at eight on Saturdays but apparently that means a few minutes after nine! I guess their Saturday mornings are more valuable than mine or the others four customers waiting with me. We all eventually left and I know I will not go back. I just took my business somewhere else and will continue to do so. If they keep this up they will be able to close the store permanently and really enjoy the weekend.

Don't use this dry cleaner! Not only did they ruin a $148 dress they took a month and me forcing the issue to do anything about it. When it was all said and done they gave me $89 when I had a receipt for what I actually paid. Luckily I was able to locate the dress in my size at Dillards marked down to $55. Management is non responsive and doesn't have a sense of urgency. Save yourself the time and heartache and don't use this cleaner. If you're going to use them you would be better served throwing your money away.

I thought this was a good place until this morning. I've been using this cleaner for 6 months with relatively few issues. However, this morning the young woman how works there, (dtr. of the owner) was ignoring several customers as she engaged in what appeared to be an extended personal conversation with no recognition that we were waiting several minutes for her to help us. When I suggested that we would like to be waited on I was told that she would talk on the phone if she chose to and I that I was was to take my business elsewhere as she didn't want it. Well as we know there are dry cleaners everywhere in Houston that appreciate loyal customers. I will not be back.

This place over charges, they don't actually clean your clothes they send it out for some else to clean. Mostly likely another cleaner that does the cleaning for extra cheap. (So they can make a huge profit) My clothes don't smell like they've been cleaned at all. I will not be returning to this store!
