Oh God, please let them head this warning....Run away! If you don't believe me, look at the ladies that work in the office. That is what you can expect from these apartments. Look at how they handle yourself and your paperwork. Don't fill out anything. Don't go during times when people should be at work and at school. Go look at these apartments around 6 pm, and you will see what it really is. If you are a person who has one too many broken leases, a criminal history, or are now homeless and desparate, do not let your leasing agent send you here!!! If they suggest it, slap the hell out of him/her or hang up in their face! This is the worse possible place that you can send a decent, reasonable person with children if they are down on their luck. You would do better to go to a homeless shelter! If you don't believe me, go to any other apartment listing web site that will allow people to rate the properties, and you will see nothing but bad reviews about this one. They are no good, and that will be 1 year of your life that you have wasted and lived in misery that you will never get back or get compensated for. You will probably end up like everyone else there- breaking their lease to move somewhere else.

If an apartment locater suggests that you go here, I suggest you tell them to go to hell. This place is truly a SLUM and a breeding ground for criminals! The property would be nice if it was under better manangement. The office is very nice, but when you actually drive through the property, you will see at least 20 people hanging around every turn you make. It is always like driving through a club parking lot. Kids are always running in the streets unsupervised. And they stay outside all night making noise, even though there is a 9 pm curfew. They have a no pet policy, but people still have dogs and walk them out in the open on the property. And they are seriously infested with roaches and ants. I give the property 2 years tops before they are completely run-down. It's not the property, but it's the people that they allow to move there. They are allowing their tenants to turn it into another ghetto. They should be more selective about whom they rent to instead of trying to get apartments filled and letting ANYONE move in, as long as they got the first month's rent. They claim to be luxury apartments with garages- don't be fooled. And they are small. The people working in the office are very unprofessional, too. My suggestions to improve: Have police patrol every hour, evict some of the people who are causing all the problems, fine people who allow their kids to play in the streets instead of in the designated play areas, get a professional like Orkin to come and spray every unit at the same time, and hire someone who will work in the office that will enforce all the rules and not let things slide because they have "friends on the property" or get some new management. Overall review: Absolutely horrible place! This is no place to raise children. This place is no better than the Queney Homes or 5th ward or any other ghetto.
