I wouldn't let these folks work on my baby's tonka toy. They are incompetent, rude and disrespectful. I can assure you that nothing will be repaired in a timely manner, the technician will be a smart a$$ and the manager will call you a liar. Absolutely the worst place to get service done. Well because, "service" is not what you are going to get.
