Venturas is AMAZING!! The prices are really great compared to other places. My consultant was Ale, she is the best, kindest, and most patient person I've ever met! She truly cares and loves what she does. Nelly is the person who did my alterations and I can say she is very knowledgeable and super nice!! I love this place and will continue to recommend it to everyone I know!

Horrible customer service! Horrible manager! I purchased a dress from Ventura and when i went to pick it up they told me they did not have it. The clerk told me she would talk with the manager and have her give me a call. I never received the call. After trying to contact the manager again 3 times, i was finally able to get a hold of her. She was very unpleasant and told me someone else must have pick up the dress and that i would have to figure out who it was and resolve the issue myself. I reminded her that i had purchased the dress from her store, not someone else and that i expected to receive the dress from the store. I was told i would not be refunded nor would the dress be replaced. I would never use Venturas Bridal. I am now out a total of 236$. You've been warned...
