STAY AWAY!!Went in to install HID lights on BMW X5, $350,not a bad price.next day only 1 working low beam. Long story short,after going back 5 seperate times because both beams an fog lights kept malfunctioning,I went to an auto repair shop,and to their discovery the ballasts that were installed were old, broken, and taped together with electrical tape,as well as the bulbs were of different watts so they kept shorting.Bare English spoken here, so good luck getting a solution with these non accredited BBB ripoffs!Ridiculous! $505 to repair their F'd up job! Please go to the HID Factory and avoid yourself the time,money, and headache

GREAT SERVICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION. THIS GUYS DID MY HALO LIGHTS, MY INTERIOR (TWO TONE) MY INTERIOR LED LIGHTS UPGRADE, THEY ALSO PAINTED MY WHEELS. THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND IT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME. I DO RECOMMEND YOU TO DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT WITH THE OWNER AS HE CAN GET YOUR IDEAS AND PRICES RIGHT AWAY. OVERALL VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Velo Auto Sports WASTED AN HOUR AND A HALF OF MY TIME, they LACK ANY SEMBLANCE OF BUSINESS PROFESSIONALISM, and are UNABLE TO KEEP SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS.



I was referred to Velo Auto Sports by my insurance company for a radio replacement after a theft. The radio was shipped to them and I called to set up an appointment 3 days after it had arrived. The person who took my call couldn't speak english very well and after spelling my name and insurance company several times he still wrote it incorrectly. He didn't know if the radio had come in or how to check for it and said he would contact his manager about it and set up an appointment for me 2 days later on Monday morning at 9:00am. I arrived at the shop 10 minutes early to find the parking lot chained off and the shop locked up tight. Ok, not a huge deal, they weren't open yet. I parked in the lot next door. I spent the next 20 minutes waiting until a car pulled into the lot and a few guys got out to open up shop at 9:23am. I walked in behind them, was ignored for a few minutes as they exchanged greetings and pleasantries until someone noticed me waiting. He must have been the person that scheduled the reservation as I saw that he remembered the appointment for this morning. He offered no apology for being late or making me wait half an hour, didn't have any schedule for reference and instead went to find his notes from the other day and had to sift through paper for a few minutes before finding mine. He still had no idea if my radio had come in, what model it was, and nothing had been done to prepare for the appointment after I had called 2 days beforehand.



He asked me to wait as he went to go talk to figure out what was going on. As I sat down another individual walked into the shop; everyone who was there gathered to talk to him as they opened a package they had just received and I was both forgotten and ignored. It was at this point that I walked out and went to find a new audio shop. I was at the location for a total of 40 minutes and wasted about an hour and a half out of my day between drive time and time spent waiting. I have no patience for a business with no respect for my time, a lack of professionalism, and an inability to keep scheduled appointments.

Very professional, fair prices and very good customer service. They installed my Halo Lights on my brand new camaro and it came out better than perfect. The installation was very professional and very clean. I went down the street first to a place call 713 Motoring and they gave me a very high quote. Then i went to Velo and gave me a better price. I'm glad i went with this guys. I also found out a few weeks later that Velo does much of 713 Motoring work and i think that is why they quoted my so high. 100% recommend this shop. They also got many other products like upholstery, custom wheels, grilles. i will definitely go back to do more stuff to my car.

In response to chebert111. First of all, you asked if we can get your factory hids checked on your 2003 BMW, after a quick check (free) we agreed that it would be more cost effective to replace your factory hids to aftermarket. Your total came out to about $300 to $400 with parts/labor and some additional work. Then you asked us if we can finance your ticket and we told you that we have a third party company that require some personal informacion about you and your finances. You did not get approved and we told you about it and that was the reason we could not performed the ageed project at the agreed schedule. At the same time, our staff offered to perform the work only of you pay yourself instead of financing the ticket, we never asked you for cash, we do accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and in some cases personal checks.

Great service, excellent people, very fair prices! I have them do a make over on my car and it turned out better than expected! This is the place to go for accessories and custom work! ONE STOP SHOP!!

EXCELLENT WORK!! WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR A SHOP A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE RECOMMENDED THESE GUYS,WELL THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY PORSCHE! I HAD THEM RE-DO THE WHOLE INTERIOR OF THE CAR AS WELL AS THE CARPET, IT CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE TO SAY!! YES THEY TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN EXPECTED BUT AS LONG AS THE WORK IS RIGHT I DIDN'T MIND! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND VELO AND I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO THEM FOR MY NEXT PROJECT!
