Me and my boss went to get a quote from Vecellio insurance about 3 months ago and until this day I haven't heard anything from this agency. This is BAD customer service. At least follow up with your customers... You lost a big account Vecellio Insurance! Oh and Angie is such an arrogant CSR... Please don't go to this agency.
