They have the expertise to help your pet but they seem to be focused on running up the bill as much as possible. My dog was a stray and abused and she panics whenever she is in a stressful situation. I took her in and they had a covid policy of not allowing owners in with the pets. They said my dog had seizures and charged me $700 dollars to treat her. This would not have happened had I been allowed to accompany the dog. Now they are refusing to dispense heart worm medications without me bringing her in for an exam, despite the fact that she has been on the medications consistently for years. They are also constantly trying to get you to buy expensive vaccinations and treatments that are not required.

From the moment I walked in the door of the nice office, every one was caring and helpful. I brought two cats and one is laid back and happy, and the other one was howling and pacing. The receptionists could tell I was so stressed and they went out of their way to make it easy. The vet nurses put me in a room right awy so I could try and calm myself and Cally. I just had a routine visit for shots, but they vets and nurses spent a lot of time with me and my babies. I'll definitely go back.

I have never been so insulted by the way the assistant Lauren is on the phone...because I stated that I was gay and from a gay paper she hung up on me then I called back and she called me names. If someone can hire someone like that then I have no desire to bring my animals to someone of that sick nature...I am gay and proud of it!!!! What I do with myself has nothing to do with my animal or why I am calling.
