Please be very cautious with this law firm. Have no expectation of any type of outcome as there may never be one. We learned this the hard way with two personal injury cases that we entrusted to them. The first was ended with a certified package and letter. It basically said they had spent a lot of money and time without results needed for the case. These things we did not know - there was no follow up of any type with us. We learned things by calling and emailing several times. The kind letter advised to seek other legal counsel immediately due to statute of limitation. It stated they had exhausted as much resource as they were willing to. I phoned the office regarding the second case and spoke with a legal assistant - this was shocking in itself - she told me that it was still on the potential client list. This was hard to believe as I thought they were working on it. She said that I could call the attorney on Tuesday. My response? He can call me and that was last Thursday or Friday. So, today - Monday, I received the paperwork from the second case. The letter inside stated here are the documents from your potential case. Nothing else. That's it. I'm thinking they dumped me as any type of client. We are devastated at the treatment by this law firm. I question their integrity as human beings not just lawyers. Do they view us with compassion or dollar signs as they evaluate our worth? Please, I implore you to be careful and extremely cautious with this law firm - they are not what they seem.
