Manager was rude and unwilling to help correct the problem with my mother's car. He argued with me for 10 minutes over simply balancing tires that she had purchased a warranty for, and claimed I didn't know what I was talking about. He then proceeded to yell at me and say he didn't have to work on the car if he didn't want to (typical move of great shops). Made sure to throw in he'd been doing this since 1976, I'm so smart... etc, etc. Total disrespect.



Avoid this place like the plague unless you like buying warranties that they refuse to honor and service with a snarl.
