Maybe they are overwhelmed or maybe this is a side business, but beware: you will be "waiting for parts" forever, if in fact you ever reach them to follow up on your repair. So if you don't need an appliance right way, and can do without your refrigerator or washer for a week or so, go ahead and consider using them. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

I would highly recommend VAP. We were having issues with our washing machine and called a few places that wanted to charge us a lot of money just to come out and look at it!
I explained over the phone what was going on with the machine and apparently it was a common problem. He told me what the problem most likely was, ordered the parts and came to our house 2 days later when parts arrived. Machine has been working great ever since!
They are very reasonably priced, polite and friendly.
I would definitely call them again for any appliance issues!
