I bought a Chyrsler Town and Country in cash from this company, whom my girlfriend refered me to, the steel frame between the main pulley and the compressor broke, I went back to USA Autobrokers, traded it in & gave them $1500 in cash for a 2003 Ford Expedition, I made payments for 6 months I paid my notes early, and that car began to just shut down for no reason.After spending over $2,000 in repairs trying to fix the car I went back to them again and asked for an even value trade since i'm such a good paying client and have bought 2 about to be 3 cars from this company I thought it would be no problems. Bob, came in and told me he can't help me first, then questioned me about if i'm smuggling weed, told me this is his house and I should be happy just be able to talk to him. ( I have the conversation recorded) after starting the paperwork he adds and I need an extra $500 I told him I don't have any more money to give them but the $450 they took for my car note. They took my car today!

Outstanding customer service before and after the sale. Great selection of clean used cars. I highly recommend USA!

I went to USA auto brokers trying to find a car that would fit my family's budget. The salesman Oscar was very helpful in finding me the right car for my price range. A very easy process to get in and out, then what i had expected i to be.

I went to USA auto brokers to look at what they had and saw a car that fit my budget. Now I haven't bought a car in a long time and my credit was just good enough to one 700 down. Although even if it was sub parr Brandon and manny would of let me drive off the lot with a ride using the in house finance they have. I had a great experience and that was in December of 2013. Today my batterie went bad and the guys at the dealership said come in and exchanged it for a brand new one. They stood by their product and I was pleased I don't have to fork out any money since I just paid my first at note. They also topped off fluids. If they did this for a guy who was in need of a car like me, I'm sure they can help you out too. I read some bad review for this place and can assure you that not only will they help you get a car that's fits your budget, they will also look out for you even when they don't have to. I appreciate that and will buy another car from USA auto brokers again.
