This place is worse than the Post Office. I tried using them for my eBay business for a while, but soon discovered how incompetent this place is. First they won't let you drop pre-paid/pre-labeled mail off. You have to wait in the sloooooooow line while the employees take their sweet time... one.... person.... at... a.... time.



Also your packages will end up sitting for days with no acceptance scan. Avoid this place if your business depends on fast or reliable shipping.

Great service at this facility. I mail domestically as well as internationally and I have used them for years without a hitch. This place is faster and friendlier than any regular post office I have been to in Houston. More like a small town post office.

This is not a post office (And I wondered why the post office is so crappy), but "an authorized service provider" who steals from your mail packages!! I sent a big package full of clothes, shoes, and cosmetics and it arrived with only a T-shirt and a towel! I was stupid enough to forget asking for a receipt (didn't think we should watch out for "post office") which probably emboldened them. Unbelievable!



Use a post office! Do not use these "authorized service providers", especially for packages.
