During some recent bad weather I pulled into a Shipley's Donut store and cut a turn in the parking lot too short. I ran over a concrete hump that tore off some of my under carriage lines. I drove two miles to Upland dragging parts with me. Upon arrival Jay pulled the car onto the rack - - and I had lines and parts hanging down all over the place.

I live a mile from Upland and one of their employees drove me home.
Two hours later my car was ready. Upland was able to salvage 80% of the parts and immediately located and obtained the other parts.
The bill was about 1/4 of what I expected.
