UNRELIABLE! I ordered flowers online to be delivered two days later to a friend for her engagement party. The flowers were never delivered on the day of the party. I waited to see if they would show up the next day (even though it was already too late, since the party already happened) and still nothing came. I called them 3 times throughout a couple days, leaving a message everytime, and no one ever called me back. I finally got a hold of Jill, and she promised to refund my credit card and send complimentary flowers to my friend. My credit card was refunded but the complimentary flowers never arrived. I would never use Universal Florist again! They can not be relied on!
