Please do not use this company without consulting with your mortgage lender first. Dorothy Samuel Harris is in the business to make money to put in her own pocket by any means necessary including being very dishonest. If you hire her to do this process, she will tell you to stop paying your mortgage. If you stop making payments to your mortgage company, you will automatically qualify for a loan modification. Once, your mortgage company receives al the documents they will do the modification for free. Dorothy will charge you a fee for this process but is only sending documents to the mortgage company.
