I wrote a review on 7/31/17 and I can't seem to edit it. I complained about the service my 89 year old father-in-law got on his tv repair. Tom called me and we came to an agreement, I'm now a satisfied customer. A good company is measured by how it handles complaints and I'm satisfied with the results, Thanks United VTR.

Repair on 12 year old big screen Mitsub1shi was outstanding. Pick up and deliver was a god sent. I talked to 3 other repair shops before contacting United. All were not interested indicating the set was to old and parts were no longer available. United fixed the set and saved me from buying a new TV. I would highly recommend their service.

I have a very good experience fixing my son.tv i highly recommend, the guy do an excellent job.the prices are very reasonables,so if you have any problems with your electronics, bring it to them. They will fix it for you.

I was having issues with my son's playstation which was out of warranty. Tom is a wizard. He couldn't guarantee up front that it could be fixed and I might be risking the diagnosis fee but he pulled through found the defective part. It was much cheaper than replacing it!

Great service, they were able to repair my favorite receiver in no time, and for a great price... I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates the dying art of electronics repair.

Fantastic work. Fixed my DLP 65" tv in 15 minutes. diagnosed problem, rapid repair, friendly service. Tom Phan, the owner, came himself and did the work. Beutifully done. TV was embedded in a solid stained wood built-in cabinet. No scratches or dings! Fantastic! Best repair job to date!

After a bit of back-and-forth about a camcorder that needed repair, Tom worked with me to make sure I had a "5-Star" experience.

I have to say this guy makes it happen, I needed to mod my vid cam with a mic jack for a $300 mic I had just bought. I needed it done that day! I brought it in and bam 4 1/2 hours later it was ready to roll. I made my appointments and was more than happy with the end result. I did pay a steeper price for the rush, but when every other electronics shop told me it couldn't be done, he did it and well. Bravo to VTR, its an hour drive, but this is where I'll go from now on when I need difficult mods done. twenty thumbs up!

Outstanding job, great service, honest price, good center location. Tom has been in this business for 37 years. He is also an electronic engineer from Osaka University in Japan since 1976. Mr. Tom Phan is both owner and engineer. He got his degree from Japan in 1970's. I was very happy with United V.T.R's service. Tom was courteous and he is a very experienced and knowledgeable television repair man. I got my Toshiba TV fixed in 72 hours with reasonable repairing fee. He did an excellent job and promised never bringing back broken TVs to the customers. I will definitely be going back in the future for any needed TV repairs. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of television repairs.

This is by far the best experience I have had with a repair service center in my life. I dropped my high end DVX100a & my Sony DSR11 DVCam deck off on Tuesday it was ready to go by Saturday. The price was great and the customer service was even better. Tom and Michael did a great job reassuring me that everything would be taken care of as quickly as possible, and it was just a few days later.
