Didn't want to give this a star. I received an orange paper letting me know that someone came by and missed them. Anywho, I came by to get my letter that is very important. Handed her the paper, she searched around for it 10 to 15 minutes later, told me probably the mail carrier still has it. She asked for my number with a face like she didn't care. Gave my number, she said, within 24 to 48 hours we will notify you, week\half later still no reply. Today my wife went to see if they received it yet, still don't have it. Why give me a note to pick it up if you don't have it? I am upset that they don't have it, this is important stuff and they lost it.!! I will speak with the manager Monday if this problem isn't resolved.

The best suggestion as a customer to USPS would be to ensure the employees and kind and polite. My experience was HORRIBLE due to the employee yelling at me and treating me poorly. I reported the behavior and the employee yelled at me again in front of the manager which is very questionable in regards to her being reprimanded. I will never go to this location. I am a small business owner and we will not be using USPS if it isn't absolutely necessary due to the incident with Dandey,Anuradha
